A weekly live 90 minute group webinar for those who are interested in a hands on experience to work through some of the basics and more advanced features of the Ghost Phone together.
These sessions will begin in late December or early January. those registered will receive an announcement with exact times and days the 1st week of December.
There will be approximately 12 sessions (so roughly 12 weeks), however this # may increase if more relevant topics are needed to be covered by those registered.
A separate live training and support service will be offered for those wanting to learn the basic features and functionality of the Zorin OS on the Ghost Laptop.
There will be a session/track for those who are self proclaimed “Not Tech Savvy” and a session/track for those interested in learning at a much faster pace who have already mastered the basics of the device.
We will cover topics such as:
- Creating a Digital Privacy and Security Road Map for yourself and your family
- Migrating contacts, text and phone logs, files, etc from Google Android
- Migrating contacts, text and phone logs, files, etc. from iPhone/iCloud
- Using encrypted comms such as Signal, Telegram, Sessions, Element and more
- Options when using traditional voice, text and data service providers
- What is 5G & EMF and should I care?
- Alternative ways to get and use a phone number
- Alternative ways to access the internet when traveling
- How email works, why it matters, and how to migrate successfully
- How to and pros/cons of creating a Private User account
- Basic Phone settings and navigation tips and tricks
- Downloading apps and using alternative app stores
- Using the Brave browser to securely navigate the web and search for almost anything
- What the heck is AI and should we be afraid of it?
- Basic troubleshooting of the device
- How “Ghost” can I really get in the world today?
- How to talk to friends and family about their own digital privacy and security
- …and much more!
You can self select and move between the 2 tracks as you see necessary. In some cases, we may recommend you move to one track or another.
Each webinar will be focused on a specific function / functionality and recorded so you can re-watch or watch later if you missed the live session.
These recorded sessions will then be made available to anyone who subscribes to this service. You can join the live sessions if they are available or watch the recordings at your leisure.
