What are MARK37 customers saying?
“I've had an Android (Google) phone for all my smartphone time and got pretty proficient at using them. I had been planning on degoogling an Android phone but since my foray into Linux was pretty much nonexistent I fretted that process. That's when I ran across you guys and so getting my degoogled phone was a snap. You made it very easy and I particularly appreciate the continued support when I get stuck. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours to get my question answered through your email support if I can't find the answer in your Telegram channel.”
“I’ve been a Mac user for about 30 years. I was deep in the Apple ecosystem: iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, iCloud, iMessage, Keychain... all of it. That's the point, Apple doesn't just sell you a phone, it sells you a dependency. Every convenience feature is another hook: your entire system backs up to iCloud, your passwords live in Keychain, your messages are tied to an Apple ID, your Apple 2FA is device dependent, and your Apple Card is only really useful on your iPhone. By the time you decide to leave, you've got a dozen or more threads to unwind and you’ve been conditioned to think that technology has to be frictionless. I didn’t want to admit that I wasn’t the king of my tech empire, and that I was the slave of Big Tech – actually paying them to spy on me and commodify my private life.
The first step was auditing all of it. Where does all my data actually live? What services am I authenticated into through Apple ID or Google? What's the exit path for each one? Passwords stored in Keychain need to be moved to a cross-platform manager before you touch anything else. Photos and other data need to be exported and re-imported somewhere else or a self-hosted solution. Contacts and calendars need to be exported as .vcf and .ics files and migrated to a new provider. None of this is hard, but it has to happen in the right order or you lock yourself out of things. Mark37 has a best-in-class migration plan that starts with this crucial step and saves you from a lengthy recovery process from moving too quickly.
The Ghost Phone transition was surprisingly smooth once I'd done that groundwork. I mapped every app I was using to an alternative beforehand. I set up Signal instead of iMessage, PaxMail instead of Apple Mail, LibreOffice instead of MS Office and found the replacements were genuinely solid. Nothing I actually needed was missing. Any specific questions I had (and some were technical) Mark37 was great at helping me figure it out.
I kept the MacBook, but I installed Fedora on it rather than replacing the hardware, and performance actually improved. The Linux app ecosystem is more capable than most people realize, and the ones that aren't available natively run well through Flatpak or the browser. Would have been a lot easier to just get a Ghost Laptop though :)
The parallel running period was really important for me. I kept both systems active for several weeks to use the old iPhone and Ghost Phone side by side, macOS still accessible in a partition. That overlap caught things I would have lost: a 2FA app tied only to the old device, contacts that hadn't fully migrated, an old Apple ID recovery email that needed updating before I closed the account. The transition period is where mistakes happen if you rush it. It's also where your confidence grows that you’re actually taking control of your digital life.
The discomfort of decoupling fades. What replaces it is something I didn't anticipate: a kind of clarity that starts with your phone and doesn't stop there. I made better decisions about my finances, reclaimed hours I was wasting, and stopped outsourcing my judgment to algorithms designed to exploit it. You don't realize how much Big Tech is shaping your thinking until you step outside it. Shame it took 30 years.
Pax,
Thomas”
“Absolutely love the Ghost Phones. It has been a freeing experience to know I am not being tracked by iPhone/Apple!”
“When I first discovered MARK37 I was far along my journey to escape BigTech, or so I thought! I knew the pitfalls and how invasive BigTech was in using my personal data, but I didn't realize ingrained its use was in my daily life. Reading the posts I realized how much I still depended on BigTech, yes I had dabbled in Linux over the years, and a year prior I had finally switched all our families computers to Linux, but we still used gmail for everything along with android phones. Now my journey is almost complete thanks to MARK37 and the community they've formed, along with Linux on my computers I'm now using Ghost Phones, privacy focused email addresses and not relying on BigTech for anything in my daily life. The journey wasn't difficult at all, learning to use freedom focused services and apps was quite simple, the most challenging part was unlearning the old habits I had come to rely on.”
“I am in my 60s and found the Ghost Phone easy to use! Everyone should take back their freedom from big tech companies
I thank God for the Team at MARK37, their products, and their support. May our Lord shower each of you abundantly with His blessings.”
“I found MARK37.com after listening to an internet radio program called Thought Crime Live on RepublicBroadcasting.org where Sean was interviewed by the host of the show. After reading some of the articles and watching some of the videos on MARK37.com I decided to buy a Ghost Phone. Scott called and chatted with me on my new phone. However slow I might be I am glad to be on the road of mastery of these devices with MARK37.com.”
“I have been wanting to adopt GrapheneOS for a while. Being an owner of a technology integration compamy, I have a problem with big tech and the abuse of our personal information and security. Finding MARK37 via the Warrior Poet Society streamlimed my adoption.. It makes moving from Android a breeze and having essentially everything you need front loaded for you helps in this process. I have been spreading the work to everyone I can who is conscious of big tech's abuse of our data and personal info or not. I highly recommend MARK37 and will be a life long customer moving forward.”
“I have and will continue to encourage others to ditch BigTech for MARK37 and highly recommend them. For the greater good and safety of those who care - glad MARK37 is there!”
“I was already using Graphene OS on another phone I rooted before buying one from MARK37.com. However, I was struggling to find good apps to make the phone usable. After getting a Ghost Phone from MARK37.com I found they had a bunch of great apps preloaded that solved that problem. I've been using Ghost Phones for nearly 3 years now and I'm completely off of big tech on my phones and computers. No more Google, Apple, or Microsoft!
MARK37.com also gives great support to their customers. They made transitioning off of my google phone a breeze. I've recommended them to several friends, and now several of us are free from big tech spying on us and tracking us.
Make the switch! Ditch big tech! Sean at MARK37 can help you get it done!”
“For several years, I've been concerned about my online privacy. Once I listened to Sean's presentation about the importance of online privacy, the fact that he offered privacy equipment and the tools to learn how to use them, I was all in! I even bought his Ghost phone before he had finished the presentation. That's how impressed and comfortable I was/am with MARK37 and the team. Whenever they offer any type of class, taped or live, I highly recommend taking them.”
“I am SO THANKFUL for MARK37 and their products.
To be able to buy hardware and software solutions that function well in modern day America which are NOT PREDATORY to anyone touching the device is pure righteousness and American ingenuity.
I believe what big tech has done from 2000-2025 is a criminal violation of American citizens civil rights and NO ONE is looking out for any of us AMERICAN citizens, no one except for patriotic tech companies and patriotic entrepreneurs like MARK37.
MARK37 isn’t looking to thrive OFF of corporate captured ‘faux regulators’ & a manipulated/ unfair macro global market like ALL of big tech has…MARK37 is ONLY looking to serve their fellow Americans w the most transparent and honest product they can produce.
Thank you for making these products available to American consumers who are desperate for tech solutions that do not prey on our families just by having them in our homes.
Thank you to everyone at MARK37. Peace!”
“I originally thought for some time that there was no way around getting out from under Google. We had been thinking about it, but there was not much information out there, but we were made aware recently by a John Lovell episode. That's when we made the switch and it was not hard at all. MARK37 puts out a wealth of information and it is there for you - point being - nothing hidden - just information to
give you the knowledge instead of Google and the like doing it for you or not telling you how things work and the folks at MARK37 are available for help.”
“I thought it would be more difficult to migrate from my iPhone to the Android, but it was pretty easy to set up. MARK37 gives good instructions, so setting it up so that I could retire my old phone only took a few hours. I love that my new phone has all of the apps either already installed or in the Aurora Store, and it's nice that I can take my phone with me without having it in a Faraday bag. I had a problem with some apps, and Scott was so helpful in getting it fixed! I appreciate the service and dedication of Scott and MARK37 to bringing privacy to all of us!! God bless!”
“I moved from the Google Pixel to a MARK37 'un-Googled' Pixel a while back, but neglected to realize I was not using all of the functionality on it and didn't even realize it until I had Scott, one of the support guys, on the phone while inquiring about another device. Scott was extremely responsive and never dropped the ball in my numerous challenges in finding a solution. He was extremely patient and talked me through numerous actions. With my MARK37 products, I just love not being prompted to use the AI bots every time I pick it up, and knowing not every piece of info I type or say is not going into some repository is enough to keep me a MARK37 customer, but the best part really is the customer service and tech service. No way you are getting the white glove service with technicians (that English is their first language) like you do with MARK37 with other phone providers. Also, there is no 'phone tree' and AI bots to maneuver through to pray you get to talk to a human. It's just humans. Extremely kind, patient and technically knowledgeable humans. Customer Service is so hard to come by these days and that alone makes buying MARK37 products a real value packed product that allows me to keep a piece of mind about my privacy.”
“Because I have taught Biblically based end times prophecy classes for several years now, I have been very aware of what's going on in the world. Not knowing how much of the end times Tribulation we will see, I felt very strong about finding ways to protect ourselves and our digital privacy! When I heard about MARK37, I was overjoyed and ready to ditch the world of iPhones, iPads and Windows based PC! The support from MARK37 has been great and has made the transition very stress free!”
“My favorite service is the complimentary 15- 30 minute consultation because that allows users to establish trust, to interact with a real human being, to get pointed in the right direction with their tech problems, and to get personalized tech solutions from MARK37 products.”
“Switched from IPhone 8 to Graphene OS Google Pixel 6a. Switched to Pure Talk cell phone provider. Moved most of my apps into private space fairly smoothly except one app that I will not choose any more. I had very good experiences listening to Sean and reading the documentation. Also I had a informative 30 minute call with Scott on fine tuning questions. MARK37 is a great team to get help to switch over to be more private. I had an Iphone 8 that was failing and it was a very good time to reconsider long term options.”
“I'm excited to begin my privacy journey. The team at MARK37 has been wonderful to work with. I really appreciate their Godly character. I would encourage anyone who has been thinking of trying a privacy device to give it a try.”
“To change phones is a hassle but to a completely different OS a leap of faith for sure. I was nervous! But I didnt know Scott or John yet and they are absolutely wonderful. Patient, kind, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable to say the least! Have spoken to them a couple of times to help me get through a tough spot. You can't get help like this from a big tech phone company!
MARK37 is unusual in this day and age. They care about their customers and are passionate about their mission. They're totally inspiring! They are all great guides in so many ways.”
“MARK37's website for help in switching over is phenomenal! Sean and Scott really care and can answer any and all questions. I so appreciated their help. They have made it much easier than I thought it would be in escaping Big Tech. Thank You Scott and Sean!”
