Introduction
Welcome to the MARK37 Affiliate Program! This program allows you to earn commissions by promoting and selling MARK37’s privacy-focused products through your unique affiliate links. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Definitions
- “You” and “Affiliate”: Refers to the party entering into this agreement and participating in the Affiliate Program.
- “Affiliate Program”: Refers to the MARK37 Affiliate Program as described in this Agreement.
- “Affiliate Lead”: A prospective customer who clicks on an Affiliate Link made available through the Affiliate Dashboard.
- “Affiliate Link”: A unique tracking link attributed to you or chosen by you in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the MARK37 Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a website, blog, podcast, TV or Radio Program, social media presence or offline network that aligns with MARK37’s values and mission.
- Agree to and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Commission Structure
- Ghost Phones: Earn 15% commission per sale.
- Ghost Laptops: Earn 10% commission per sale.
- Training & Support Services: Earn a massive 40% commission.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion: Actively promote MARK37 products using your affiliate links.
- Compliance: Ensure that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the MARK37 brand and values in all promotional materials.
Prohibited Activities
- Spamming: Do not engage in spamming or any form of unsolicited messaging.
- Misrepresentation: Do not misrepresent MARK37 products or services.
- Illegal Activities: Do not engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws or regulations.
Payment
- Payouts: Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided you have reached the minimum payment threshold. Commissions are paid every month for commissions earned 2 months prior. For example: orders that come through in January would pay out the first week of April. This gives us 2 months to deal with refunds/returns.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via check or ACH to a bank account designated by Affiliate in writing. Until MARK37 actually receives payment from a Customer, no obligation to pay Affiliate arises. Affiliate may monitor his or her commissions via the Affiliate Dashboard/User Account Portal.
Termination
MARK37 reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving you written notice.
Modification of Terms
MARK37 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Such amendments shall be effective upon posting.
Applicable Law
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.
