MARK37 Loadout Install

If your device has been factory reset, intentionally or by accident, and you need the standard MARK37 Ghost Phone loadout reinstalled, this service is the perfect solution for you.

Step 1 – After your order has been placed, you will receive a reply with relevant details such as where to ship the device.

Step 2 – Safely package the phone and ship it our way! If you can send [email protected] the tracking information when you ship, that would be very much appreciated. When the package arrives, we will send you a notification as well. We are working to streamline this process, but for now, this is the best system we’ve got.

Step 3 – Once received, we will get to work and let you know when the device is configured and back in the mail on route to you. Our turn around time from when the item is received is usually 2-3 business days. If this takes longer for any reason, we will let you know via email and/or phone depending on the severity of the delay or issue we are facing with your device.

Device will be loaded with the MARK37 Ghost Phone loadout and restored as you originally received it. All apps are listed HERE.

Q: Does this reinstall GrapheneOS itself?

No. A factory reset does not remove GrapheneOS — it wipes the device back to the stock GrapheneOS state. This service rebuilds the MARK37 loadout (apps, app stores, and settings) on top of the existing GrapheneOS installation. GrapheneOS does not need to be reinstalled.

Q: Can I do this myself instead of sending it in?

Yes. Our Getting Started Guide covers the same app installs and settings used in this service. This option exists for those who would rather not tackle the process themselves.

Q: My device won’t boot at all — is this the right service?

Check our Troubleshooting Guide first. A boot loop or failure to load does not always require a factory reset. If you have already performed a factory reset, this service applies.
